The Committee on Foreign Affairs upholds the Bill of the Law on Amendments to the Law "On State Supervision for the International Transferring of the Goods of Military orientation and of Duple Use"

During the Meeting it was stressed that the Bill (Reg.№4123) is aimed at the solution of the problem issues during the practical implementation of the principles of the current law in the sphere of export control and improvement of the procedures of the state export control.

The Members of the Committee emphasized that the adoption of the Bill facilitates the provision of international obligations of Ukraine, effective solution of the tasks in the sphere of export control as well as proper functioning of the state system of control and coordination of the activity of the state bodies in this field.
