The Law prohibits till the adoption of the special laws gambling business that is organization activity and public gambling games that are offered by the organizations of public gambling game with the aim of profit receipt.
The Cabinet of Ministers is charged with the elaboration and direction to the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine the Bill on activity of gambling organizations and gambling games in specially separated gambling zones, within three months.
The corresponding Bill is registered at №4268.
