R E S O L U T I O N

OF THE VERKHOVNA RADA OF UKRAINE

 

On certain Issues concerning Investigation of the Incident with the Participation of the Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in the Period of his Foreign Mission

 

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine d e c r e e s:

 

      1. The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine:

      shall perform official investigation of the incident that happened at the airport of Frankfort on the Main with the participation of Lutsenko Yu.V., Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, within a week;

      settle the issue concerning withdrawal of Lutsenko Yu.V., Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, from his official duties for the period of official investigation; 

      submit materials of official investigation to The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine for a relevant response and adoption of a resolution.

 

      2. Deputy Factions at The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine shall submit proposals concerning their representatives in the Temporary Inquiry Panel of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine in charge of the said matter. 

 

      3. This Resolution comes into force since the moment of its promulgation.
