The Committee on Human Rights, National Minorities and International Relations recommends that the Parliament directs for the Further Elaboration the Bill "On Reinstatement of Rights of Deported as Ethnic Discrimination"

During the discussion it was declared that the Bill (Reg.№3142) in the suggested revision does not solve the problems of deported and does not determine strict norms concerning the ways, forms, rates and the order of their rights reinstatement.

Moreover, it was emphasized that the Bill does not envisage the procedures of compensation of the lost property, compensation for the rights and liberties violations to the deported people.

The remarks were also expressed concerning the narrow scope of the defining of the deported people status and mechanism of the rights reinstatement.

The attention was pointed out on the fact that the Bill has no finance and economic basis.
