The Members of the committee upheld the Bill (Reg. №2274), still expressed separate motions and remarks. In Particular, the People´s Deputies deem that editorially the term "falsification of medicines" and "medicines of low quality" should be defined in order not to confuse it, as well as include the principles concerning the utilizing of the falsified medicines according to the rules adopted by the central body of the executive power in the sphere of health protection.
Moreover, the People´s Deputies deem that the article 27 of the Law "On Medicines" should be added by a new principles according them the violation for the damage to the health as a result of medicines of low quality taking should be presupposed.
The corresponding conclusion is sent to the Committee on Legislative Support of Law Enforcement.
