Ukraine needs people who are able to be leaders in various fields and ready to take responsibility. This was emphasized by Chairperson of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Dmytro Razumkov during the meeting with students of the Ukrainian Academy of Leadership.
“There is always a part of society that ‘needs more than anyone else’. They need more drive, more activity, they are confused by certain problems of society. And there is a part that will follow them. There are always few leaders and I would like the future leaders to be among you,” he said.
The Speaker of the Parliament noted that studying at the Ukrainian Academy of Leadership lays the foundation on which the future of students is built and the principles they will follow in their activities. Dmytro Razumkov also added that in the public sector, business, in the civil service, where they will work in the future, they need a willingness to be a leader.
Dmytro Razumkov stressed that for every person who sees himself in politics, the basic understanding should be: politics is important, but the state is more important.
Answering questions about the work of the Parliament, the Chairperson of the Verkhovna Rada stressed that the key principle is compliance with the Rules of Procedure of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine and uniform rules for all the parliamentary factions and groups.
