Chairperson of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Dmytro Razumkov is confident that during the 5th session, the parliamentary factions and groups will unite to make important decisions, postponing politics. He stated this during the Conciliation Council of parliamentary factions and groups.
The Speaker of the Parliament thanked all parliamentary factions and groups for their constructive and effective work. “It was important when making decisions related to the fight against COVID-19, as well as during the exit from the so-called ‘tariff crisis’, when all political parties and factions united to adopt changes to the budget,” said Dmytro Razumkov.
He noted that due to the rapid adoption and signing of the law on amendments to the State Budget of Ukraine for 2021 to compensate consumers for the costs of electric heating, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine can already pay all compensations. In addition, the Speaker reminded that the Law allowing the registration of COVID-19 vaccines had been passed quickly and efficiently.
“I am confident that during the fifth session we will have issues that will put politics in the background. And together we will be able to do those things that will benefit the citizens of Ukraine,” Dmytro Razumkov said.
According to the law, the 5th session of the Verkhovna Rada of the IX convocation begins on February 2.
