The Bill (Reg. No.3646) exempts cultural, scientific, education, health and social security establishments regardless of the form of ownership and sources of financing from the land tax.

The Committee members stated that pursuant to the effective Law, cultural, scientific, education, health and social security establishments fully maintained at the expense of the State Budget were exempt from land tax.

The Committee members expressed a number of remarks concerning the Bill. Thus, implementation of the legislative initiative will considerably expand the range of cultural, scientific, education, health and social security establishments to enjoy the privilege in payment for land.
