The Committee on Agrarian Policy and Land Relations recommends that the Parliament adopted in the Second Reading the Bill "On State Purpose Program on Monitoring of the Remains of Veterinary Medicines and Pouting Substances in Living Animals, Products of Animal Origin and Forage and also on Food products, Controlled by the Veterinary Service for Years 2009-2014"

The Bill (Reg.№3402) envisages the implementation of the number of actions aimed at the rising of the equality and safety of remains of veterinary medicines and pouting substances in living animals, products of animal origin and forage and also on food products. The consumers should be thoroughly informed on all the risks concerning the use of the remains of veterinary medicines and pouting substances in living animals, products of animal origin and forage of low quality.

According to the Bill, the Cabinet of Ministers in charged with the "including in State Purpose Program monitoring of the remains of veterinary medicines and pouting substances in living animals, products of animal origin and forage and also on food products, controlled by the veterinary service for years 2009-2014"   

The Committee resolved that the Bill should be upheld and recommended that the Verkhovna Rada adopts it in the second reading.
