 The Bill (Reg. No.3562) specifies the mechanism of adopting resolutions concerning approval of allocation of nuclear installations and objects at certain territories,  prolongation of service life of operating nuclear installations and objects designated for treatment of nuclear waste of national relevance, the conduct of consultative poll (consultative referendum), etc.

 

The Committee members recommend that decisions concerning approval of allocation of nuclear installations and objects designated for treatment of nuclear waste of national relevance at the territories of administrative-territorial units be adopted by the local executive and self-government bodies.
