The Committee on Agrarian Policy and Land Relations recommends that the Parliament adopts the Bill "On Structure, Authorities and Peculiarities of Legal and Economic Status of the Property Complex of "Masandra" National Industrial-Agrarian Association" at the Second Reading and in its Entirety

The Bill (Reg. No.0897) determines structure, authorities and management bodies of the National Industrial-Agrarian Association "Masandra", peculiarities of legal regime of management of land and other governmental property in the ownership of the association and participating entrepreneurs.

 

The Committee members took into account the amendment, pursuant to which, "the National Industrial-Agrarian Association "Masandra" is a State statutory association in the form of a concern acting as a legal successor of "Masandra" Industrial-Agrarian Association, the property of which is transferred to the books of the former entity".  

 

The People´s Deputies upheld the proposal, pursuant to which, "Masandra" National Industrial-Agrarian Association belongs to the domain of administration of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine. Certain powers concerning administration of "Masandra" National Industrial-Agrarian Association and participating enterprises can be delegated to the central executive body under a legally established procedure. 

 

The Bill envisages "a five-year moratorium on alienation of property of the NIAA "Masandra" and participating enterprises, including lease of its property".
