Volodymyr Lytvyn: Issue on Deployment of Black Sea Marine should be scrutinized proceeding from the Interests of Ukraine taking into account the Position of Russia
V. Lytvyn, the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine is convinced that the issue on Black Sea Marine is not that to be discussed nowadays. "Present generation of Politicians will not scrutinize the issue. Hence it should be abandoned as there are a lot of other vital problems", - he declared during the press conference in Sevastopol on 29th of April.
"In my deep conviction, the issue on deployment of Black Sea Marine should be scrutinized proceeding from the interests of Ukraine taking into account the position of Russia", - V. Lytvyn stressed. According to him it would be more reasonable to hold the discussion concerning "how the infrastructure today is used that used to be possessed by USSR Black Sea Marine and that was later divided between Black Sea Marine of Russian Federation and Naval Forces of Ukraine".
According to deep conviction of V. Lytvyn, Ukrainian authorities, in particular the central ones should take all the necessary measures in order Ukrainian mariner feel themselves not less confident in their future then their Russian colleagues. "This issue should consist of less hysterics and more determination", - he announced.
The Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine is convinced that "Ukraine should not appear as the irritant for Russia". "One should take into accounts the disposition of the population as Russian and Ukrainian people should not be made enemies. Hence the case is ungrateful and immoral", - V. Lytvyn emphasized,
