The participants of the hearings discussed the issues on stimulation of the development of the agricultural sphere, food industry, recycling industry and the main demand to the executive power concerning the provision of the work in the sphere.
The meeting was opened by the Chairman of the committee, M. Prysiazhniuk.
According to him "the attempts of the power, business, government and science should be combined in order to overcome the crisis".
It was stressed that the agricultural business and agricultural sphere should become one of the most prior for the state.
According to M. Prysiazhniuk, the finance support of the state purpose aimed branches and programs of zonal development should be provided as the market should e protected from the goods of low quality.
Ukraine should take its place on the international market of agricultural goods.
The participants declared that today it was necessary that the status of the profile agrarian associations should be raised as well as the effectiveness of their work.
The main funds in the crop sector should be derived at building of grain elevators, development of infrastructure of agricultural goods sale etc.
The Vice-Minister on Agrarian Policy, O. Shevchenko declared that during the year 2008 30,1 mln. UAH were brought into the agricultural sector of Ukraine.
It was emphasized that for today the most important factor of the intensification of the national interest support is the finance support of the agricultural enterprises through the mechanism of reduction of credit prices.
It was announced that 5 investment projects were directed to the Ministry on Economics.
The participants came to the conclusion that the obstacles for the promotion of investment into Ukraine are non-effective budget policy of the country, constant problems with value-added tax loophole refund, increase of the credit rates by the banks for the agricultural enterprises, lack of the professional modern management etc.
