Opening the Meeting, the Chairman of the Committee, Sergiy Mishchenko declared that the hearings are organized ""with the aim to share opinions on the Reforming of Notarial System in Ukraine and elaboration of the propositions that can be taken into account while the work".
The Chairman of the Sub-Committee Yuriy Miroshnychenko announced that that first phase of the reforming has been successfully completed when the Law "On Amendments to the Law of Ukraine "On Notarial System" was adopted. According to Miroshnychenko, the final stage of the process should be transition to the Latin system of notarial system.
Yu. Miroshnychenko stated that the People´s Deputies have chosen the evolution way of the reforming as a contrary to revolution way, step by step implementing the amendments to the Law "On Notarial System".
All the Amendments are united in the Bill of the Law №1425.
The Chairman of the Committee Sergiy Mishchenko stressed that the Bill envisages the number of activities aimed at the improving of the availability of notarial service for the citizen. Moreover a number of measures is taken in order to strengthen the guarantees and security of the service etc.
As a conclusion it was mentioned that all the motions, recommendations would find their implementation during the elaboration of the Bill for the second reading.
