The Committee on Taxation and Customs Policy recommends that the Parliament rejects the Bill on Amendments to Certain Laws of Ukraine concerning the Organization of the Improvement of the Children's Health

The Bill (Reg.№4110) envisages the amendments to the Land Code and cloths the trade unions with the right to receive the land areas for the constant use and to the Law "On Charge for the Land" that acquit the children sanatorium recreation organizations from the land tax.

During the discussion of the Bill it was declared that the Law "On Charge for the Land" already envisages the exemption of the children sanatorium recreation organizations from the land tax.   

The Chief Scientific-Expert Administration of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine announced that "the chief drawback of the document is indefiniteness of the status of profession trade unions and lack of the demands concerning the proper use of lands".
