The situation with the Constitutional Court of Ukraine must be resolved with the participation of the Parliament of Ukraine. First Deputy Chairperson of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Ruslan Stefanchuk noted at the Conciliation Council of Deputy Factions (Deputy Groups) and proposed to consider two components for settlement.

“The first is to resolve the issue of immediate return of e-declaration and restoration of force of all related norms. It is necessary to find a compromise initiative. Second, we need to think about resolving the issue of the functioning of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine,” noted Ruslan Stefanchuk.
According to him, today “at 11 o'clock the general meeting of judges was canceled and the agenda of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine was changed in violation of all procedures. The plenary session of the Grand Chamber of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine will begin at 12 o'clock, at which, according to the constitutional petition of 46 people's deputies, consideration of the case on the constitutionality of the land reform will continue.”
