The main attention of the citizen according to the letters received is concentrated on the problems of the law abidance (34% of the parliamentary letters), issues on social protection of the population (14%), finance, taxation and customs policy (9,1%), dwelling policy (7,5%), activity of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, President of Ukraine and Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine (5,5%).
In four times increased the quantity of appeals on the issues on finance and banking activity, building; taxation and customs policy in 2 times; agrarian policy and land relations also in two times.
The Committees of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine have scrutinized more than 5.000 appellations of citizen. Deputies´ factions nearly 2.000

During the personal audience in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine during the first quarter of the year were received 2,1 thousand people.
In reception room of the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine 16 personal meetings were held according to the corresponding order of the Chairman.
Appeals, motions and complaints of the citizens were scrutinized according to the current system of laws of Ukraine. Appeals on the improvement of legislation system were scrutinized in the Committees of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
According to the information supplies by the Secretariats of the Parliamentary Factions, from the beginning of the current year to the People´s Deputies and their assistants 85,3 thousand electors appealed and more than 42 thousand written appellations were scrutinized.
