The Committee on Fuel and Energy Complex, Nuclear Policy and Nuclear Safety recommends that the Parliament adopts as a Basis the Bill on Amendments and Supplements to the Law "On Electric Power Engineering" (re Enhancement of Legislation on Electric Power concerning Determination and Delineation of Responsibility of Subjects)

The Bill (Reg. No.4131) clearly determines the cases and conditions of responsibility of power engineering subjects and consumers of electricity in case of energy supply interruption or supply of low-quality electricity. Thus, the Bill delineates responsibility of owners of electrical installations in relations that originate in the process of generation, transmission, supply and use of electricity.
