Pursuant to the Law, the foreigners and stateless persons are obliged to submit their biometric data by registration of an entry visa at the diplomatic offices and consular representations of Ukraine abroad, as well as by a border inspection at the customs stations at the State border (unless otherwise stipulated by legislation and international agreements of Ukraine ratified by The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine).
A relevant Bill was registered under Reg. No.3079.
