Volodymyr Lytvyn, Chairman of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, deems necessary to take pragmatic approach to Ukrainian-Russian relations and unite the efforts of both countries to obtain mutually beneficial results of cooperation.

 

The Chairman of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine supposes that Ukraine and Russia "should combine their efforts and achieve a cumulative result corresponding to the interests of both Ukraine, and Russia".
