The Committee on Taxation and Customs Policy recommends that the Parliament adopts the Bill on Amendments to the Law "On Taxation System" (re the Order of Taxation and Scrutinizing of the Bills on Taxation) as a Basis

The Bill (Reg.№3137) envisages the addition of the current law by the article 1-1, which is to determine the order of taxation and scrutinizing of the bills on taxation.

S. Teriokhin, the Chairman of the committee stressed the importance of the bill adoption as today, in the parliament more than 30 Bills on Taxation are to be scrutinized.

The People´s Deputy emphasized that "the majority of such Bills envisaged the implementation of different taxation privileges, still that do not comply the development and functioning of the taxation system and scrutinized the fiscal policy separately".

According to the People´s Deputy "this may lead to the disintegration of the taxation system".
