The Bill on ratification (Reg. No.0121) aims at creation of favourable conditions for the development of scientific and technological cooperation between Ukraine and Brazil on the basis of equal rights and mutual benefit.

 

Pursuant to the Agreement, scientific-technical cooperation assumes the form of scientific and technological research with the possibility of exchange of scientific equipment and materials, researchers, experts and technical staff in order to develop programs, projects and other forms of scientific and technological cooperation; organization and holding of joint seminars; exchange of scientific and technological information, etc.
