Pursuant to the Bill (Reg. No.4030) submitted by the Cabinet of Ministers, the persons who enlist in the army on contractual basis to the ranks, sergeants and master sergeants are entitled to choose the place of military service, and are subject to extra social privileges after the dismissal.
The Committee members appraised the Bill positively, as it envisaged due social security and material provision of military servicemen and their family members. Moreover, adoption of the Bill should enhance the prestige of military service.
