The Bill (Reg.№3453) envisages the addition of the determined by the law list with the register of monuments of cultural Inheritance that are not to be privatized in Crimea Republic.

The Bill (Reg.№3453-1) also was scrutinized on the meeting. It envisages the exclusion from the list of the 10 Monuments of Cultural Inheritance in Odessa region.

The Ministry on Culture and Tourism does not uphold the Bill №3453-1 and upholds the Bill №3453 and recommends that the parliament adopts it as a Basis.

People´s Deputies pointed the attention on the fact that specially two objects should be included into the list as soon as possible. They are Livadiyskiy Park in Yalta and castle "Palanok" in Zakarpattia Region.

AS a result of discussion, the Committee has adopted the decision to recommend the Parliament adopt the Bill as a Basis.
