Ratification of the Agreement will facilitate development of partner relations between Ukraine and the United States of America in the field of science and technologies, creation of proper conditions for the efficient use of scientific and technical potential of both countries, protection of intellectual property, strengthening of scientific and technological capacities, intensification and extension of relations between scientific communities, etc.
