Volodymyr Lytvyn, the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine does not uphold the Idea of the State Referendum on Scrutinizing of the New Revision of the Constitution of Ukraine
"If we have a lot of money, let´s hold the elections", - he declared.
V. Lytvyn deems it is not necessary for people, whether the new parliament would be one-chamber or two-chamber. "Constitution as all the rest laws should be perceived by the citizens", - the Chairman announced.
V.Lytvyn stressed on the importance of keeping the principles of the main law.
According to the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, "all the politicians try to compile the law according to their wishes". "While working on the Constitution one should remember the past, traditions, history and mentality of the people".
