The Bill (Reg.№3646) envisages the liberation of the land tax of the state educational, science, culture, health protection institutions of all forms of property and ownership.

The current norm envisages the liberation of the land tax of the state educational, science, culture, health protection institutions that are totally kept on the budget expenses.

The implementation of the Bill norms will lead to the local budgets loss approximately at the rate of 500 mln. UAH and it contradicts with the article 103 of the Budget Code of Ukraine.

The Chairman of the Committee, S. Teriokhin stressed that the implementation of the amendments will lead to the increase in the quantity of the institutions that are free from the suggested tax.

The Peoples Deputies deem groundless that the proposition is spread on the educational, science, culture, health protection institutions of all forms of property and ownership without the physical culture institutions that are not kept at the expense of the state or local budgets.
