The Bill (Reg. No.2148) introduces amendments the Laws "On Restoration of Debtor´s Solvency or declaring a Bankrupt" and "On Licensing of certain Types of Economic Activity" that enhance the bankruptcy procedure and define peculiarities of licensing the activity of bankruptcy commissioners.

 

Thus, pursuant to the Bill, "a bankruptcy commissioner is a natural person who has a license issued under a legally established procedure". To obtain a qualification certificate, a person has to undergo training under the procedure determined by governmental body in charge of bankruptcy.
