The Bill (Reg.№2021) introduced by the People´s Deputy Ya. Dzhodzhyk envisages the introduction of the norms of the strategic step-by-step programming of the governments Activity, determine annually the tasks of the vital importance etc.
During the Discussion the Members of the committee stated that the legislative initiative concerns to the principle 11 of the current law in the redaction from the 21st of December 2006. Nevertheless, the People´s Deputies declared that after this the Bill of the Law on the Cabinet of Ministers in new redaction was introduced by the President of Ukraine and was adopted by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine in its entirety on the 16th of March 2008.
