The Bill (Reg.№3420) envisages the increase in the number of services and broaden the access to services that are supplied by the all of the telecommunication operators. In particular it is planned that the subscribers would be allotted with the right to preserve their subscriber number while changing the one operator to another and engage the mobile operators with the allotting of the national roaming services. Also the current Law "On Telecommunications" should be complemented with the definition of the special terms ("subscriber number", "preserving of subscriber number", "national roaming").
The People´s Deputies stressed that the current redaction of the Law "On Telecommunications" does not provide the sufficient normative regulation of the jural relations during the telecommunication services allotment.
The members of the Committee having expressed their motions and remarks to the Bill have adopted it.
