The members of the Committee declared that during the preliminary inquest the actio criminalis was commenced on 22nd of May 2008 by the criminal investigation of the Kakhovka Regional Department of Ministry on Internal Affairs Administration of Ukraine in Kherson Region in case of assassination attempt on married couple Zvarych L. A. and Zvarych E. G. and their seven-years-old son Zvarych S. E.
During the investigation it was ascertained that the attempt upon life of the family was committed by the brother of Zvarych L. A. Kryukovskiy O. A.
On 29th of May 2008 the criminal case was raised, articles of the Criminal Code of Ukraine articles 15 part 2, 115 part 2 item 1.
The Committee resolved that the parliament should adopt the resolution on giving the consent to the detention and arrest of the judge of the Kakhovka city regional court of the Kherson region, o. Kryukovskiy (Reg.№4307).
