Pursuant to the Law, foreigners and stateless persons who were forced to abandon the places of permanent residence in the Autonomous Republic of Abkhazia (Georgia) before coming of age, arrived in Ukraine and filed an appeal concerning issue of a permit for permanent residence in Ukraine are considered as such that have a permit for immigration to Ukraine.
A relevant Bill was registered under Reg. No.2124.
