Mykola Tomenko: Dues for the Attending of Sport Schools for Children in Kyiv will not be implemented.
In February of the current year the trainers, parents and directors of the sport schools for children appealed to the Vice-Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine in order make the situation clear concerning the illegal actions of Leonid Chernovetky, the Chairman of the Kyiv State Administration aimed at the destroying of the sport schools for children in Kyiv city.
As the answer to the given appellation, the Kyiv Prosecuting Magistracy has informed that the Chief Administration on Youth and Family Matters of Kyiv State Administration was really going to form the Communal Enterprise "Teenagers Clubs" and subordinate to it all the teenagers sport schools in order to implement the dues for the attending at the rate of 450 UAH.
Kyiv Prosecuting Magistracy introduced the form to abolish the law violations. For the present day the order of the Prosecuting Magistracy is discharged.
