The legislative act differentiates responsibility for the crimes related to violation of the places of burial as to the level of their social danger and the degree of invasion of the social morality in the said field.
The Law enhances criminal responsibility for the crime envisaged by Article 297 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
A relevant Bill was registered under Reg. No. 2160.
