The Law (Reg.№0859) envisages the legal basis for the activity of the Fund of State Property of Ukraine, its status, functions, authorities and order of their implementation.
During the meeting of the committee the conclusion by the Chief Scientific and Expert Department of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Secretariat was stressed. In the report it was informed that the President´s Motions do not possess the concrete formulating concerning the legal norms, it possesses only wishes etc.
Experts deem that as the motions are not concrete, they can not be directed for the voting. And even if they are adopted, they could not be implemented to the text of the Law.
