Pursuant to the Law, the State duty is imposed on the registration of issue of securities (except of public bonds and local loans) at the rate of 0,1 per cent of the principal value of the issue of securities, but it shall not exceed the five-time amount of a living wage as established on 1 January of a current year. The State duty is also imposed on the registration of derivatives at the rate of 50 non-taxable incomes.
