The Agreement envisages the procedure of mutual exchange and treatment of secret information, defines competent bodies of the Parties in charge of implementation of the Agreements, procedural and supervisory issues. The Bill also includes regulations concerning the access to the information with restricted access, and the procedure of making visits.
Adoption of the Bill (Reg. No.0119) will create legal prerequisites for the exchange of information with restricted access in the process of cooperation between Ukraine and the Republic of Slovenia in the sector of security, and within the scope of political, economic, military, scientific and technical cooperation.
