During 5-8 of April the Co-Reporters of the PACE Committee on Matters of Abidance of Duties and Obligations by the Countries-Members of the European Council (Monitoring Department), Renate Volvend and Sabina Leutheuser-Schnarrenberger will stay with Visit in Ukraine

According to the Program of the visit is planned: meeting with the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, Volodymyr Lytvyn, with Constant Delegation of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine in PACE and also with the members of the working group of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on the Matters of Preparation of the Elections Code of Ukraine and authors of the Bills №№ 2097, 3209, 3210, 3441, 3366 and 3150.

As it is expected, Renate Volvend and Sabina Leutheuser-Schnarrenberger will meet the President of Ukraine, Viktor Yushchenko and Prime-Minister of Ukraine, Yulia Tymoshenko, with Secretary of the National Constitutional Council, Maryna Stavniychuk, a.i. of the Minister of the International Affairs, Volodymyr Handogiy, the Chairman of the constitutional court of Ukraine, Andriy Stryzhak, with the Prosecutor General of Ukraine, Oleksandr Medvedko and Minister of Justice of Ukraine, Mykola Onishchuk.
