The Bill enhances responsibility of economic entities for the unlicensed conduct of economic activity in the field of fire safety liable to licensing; conduct of economic activity without a permit issued by the State Fire Supervision agencies for the start of work of enterprise or lease of premises; submittal of invalid data concerning compliance of material-technical base with legislative requirements to the State Fire Supervision agencies of a deliberately false fire brigade call.
