Law of Ukraine "On Temporary Inquiry Panels, Special Temporary Inquiry Panel and Temporary Special Panels of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine" was adopted by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on 15th of January 2009.
On 7th of February 2009 the Bill was returned from the President of Ukraine with the corresponding motions.
On 3rd of March 2009, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine ahs adopted the Bill for the second time, overcoming the veto of the President (391) votes.
Nevertheless, on the 13th of March 2008 the President of Ukraine has denied to sign the Law of Ukraine "On Temporary Inquiry Panels, Special Temporary Inquiry Panel and Temporary Special Panels of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine" suggesting that the Bill should be signed according to the article 94 of the Constitution of Ukraine".
According to the Constitution of Ukraine is the Law is adopted by more than one third of the Deputies and is not signed by the President, it is immediately presented in public by the Chairman.
