Mykola Tomenko: The State offered another Incentive to the Development of Physical Culture and Sports
The Law on Amendments to Article 12 of the Law of Ukraine "On Payment for Land" has come into force.
The Law on Amendments to Article 12 of the Law of Ukraine "On Payment for Land" (re Sports Buildings of the Physical Culture and Sports Establishments, Bases of Olympic and Palaympic Training) elaborated by Mykola Tomenko, Oleksandr Volkov and Ravil Safiullin was registered in November 2007.
M.Tomenko considers it important that the organizations of physical-sports orientation are exempt from the land tax.
"It is another substantial incentive to the development of physical culture and sports", - he stated.
