The Committee on State Building and Local Self-Government upholds the Bill on Amendments to the Law "On the State Budget of Ukraine for 2009" (re Restoration of Authorities of Regional and District Councils)

Pursuant to the Bill (Reg. No.4044), the regulations of Article 57, pursuant to which, by ratification of relevant budgets, regional and district councils should take into account that an average monthly wage of employees of executive bodies of the council must not "exceed an average monthly wage of employees of the personnel of a relevant local State administration", is excluded from the said Law.
