The Law enhances responsibility for actions that led to actual threat to human life or health, or death, outbreak of mass infectious diseases or other grave consequences due to violation of sanitary and antiepidemic norms.
Thus, Article 325 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine is supplemented with a regulation that envisages criminal responsibility for violation of sanitary and antiepidemic norms that led to the death of people of other grave consequences.
A relevant Bill was registered under Reg. No.2210.
