The Committee on Industrial and Regulatory Policy recommends that the Parliament direct the Bill of the Law on Amendments to Article 2 of the Law "On Chief Basis of the State Supervision (Control) in the Sphere of the Economic Activity" for the Further Elaboration

The bill (Reg.№3363) recommends that from the Law "On Chief Basis of the State Supervision (Control) in the Sphere of the Economic Activity" the Principles  on the implementation of the State Supervision for the correspondence to the system of  laws in the field of Labor protection in part concerning the industrial safety, safe works holding etc should be extracted.

The Members of the Committee stressed that the extraction of the state supervision according to the current law will have negative impact on the economic activity in the spheres subordinated to the bodies of the state supervision.
