The Committee scrutinized the Bill on amendments to the Laws of Ukraine concerning notification about the content of genetically modified components in production (Reg. No.3230).
The Bill introduces amendments to the Law "On Protection of Customer´s Rights" and the Code on Administrative Infringements aimed at provision of customers´ right for the receipt of reliable information concerning products with genetically modified components.
The Bill complies with the legal acts of the European Union.
