The Bill coordinates regulations of the Law "On State Geological Service" appertaining to the licensing of extraction of mineral resources with the Law "On Licensing of certain Types of Economic Activity". Thus, a specially authorized central executive body in charge of geological study and use is authorized to issue licenses not only for the search (exploration) of mineral resources, but also for extraction.
A relevant Bill was registered under Reg. No.3018.
