The Law extends the categories of citizens liable to the recruitment for the army on a contract basis to the ranks, sergeants or sergeants-majors, by means of including citizens with comprehensive secondary education, and creating more favourable conditions of the first contract for the citizens of call-up age and military servicemen of regular service.
A relevant Bill was registered under Reg. No.2223.
