The Bill (Reg. No.2324) introduces amendments to the Law "On Licensing Activity in the Field of Nuclear Energy Use" that specify the procedure of licensing activity in the field of nuclear energy use concerning issue and content of relevant licenses, termination of their validity, and types of activities subject to licensing in the said field. The Bill also envisages responsibility for violation of the said Law.
