The Law supplements the list of powers of attorney equivalent to the notarized with the powers of attorney issued by the officials of self-government bodies to the residents of the settlements without notaries public, except of certification of powers of attorney for the administration of real estate, powers of attorney for administration and management of corporate rights, and powers of attorney for the use and management of transport vehicles.

 

A relevant Bill was registered under Reg. No.3587.
