The Bill introduces amendments to the Law "On Security Service of Ukraine", pursuant to which, in case of absence of a Head of the Security Service appointed in accordance with the Constitution and Ukrainian Laws, his authorities are imposed on an acting Head of the Security Service of Ukraine who is appointed and dismissed by The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine due to the proposal of at least a third part of People´s Deputies from its Constitutional strength.
A relevant Bill was registered under Reg. No.3506-1.
